MANIBUS MAGISTRI EUTM UG (haftungsbeschränkt) operates under its registered EU trade mark for scientific, technological and industrial design services as a Bavarian entrepreneurial company with limited liability for the structured development, protection and validation of industrial technology projects.
Through a repeatable, stage-gated and milestone-based process of scientific derivation, engineering development and IP protection, the technical, legal and economic foundations required to transform early-stage technologies into commercially exploitable assets are established step by step.
PHAETRON® is the core project. Conceived as a fully electric premium watercraft under 6 metres in length, it combines maritime lightweight construction, electric propulsion and design-led integration in a new form of high-performance, emission-free mobility on the water. Patent applications and a 3D trade mark filing have been submitted.
Technology authentication forms an integral part of MANIBUS MAGISTRI. The signet functions as a visible indication of technical origin, development provenance and validated craftsmanship — linking research, design, engineering and later market value.
Upon reaching defined validation milestones, PHAETRON® may be separated as an independent commercialisation vehicle, flanked by the trademark MARKGRAF BAYREUTH and based on the intellectual property, design language and technology basis developed under MANIBUS MAGISTRI.
