MANIBUS MAGISTRI EUTM UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a technology development and intellectual property management company based in Bayreuth, Germany (Commercial Register Bayreuth, HRB 8613).

The company coordinates the research, development, industrial validation and technology transfer of the PHAETRON® Technology Platform and manages the associated intellectual property.

PHAETRON® Technology Platform

PHAETRON® is a patent-pending modular maritime platform architecture designed for optionally crewed, remotely operated and prospectively autonomous applications.

The platform integrates a highly integrated fibre-composite structure with a modular system and deck architecture.



The architecture can be adapted to different propulsion systems, equipment configurations and operational requirements.

Technology Validation

MANIBUS MAGISTRI is headquartered at the Bayreuth Start-up Centre (BGZ) and collaborates with Neue Materialien Bayreuth GmbH (NMB) on the industrial validation of materials and composite manufacturing processes.



The collaboration supports the systematic evaluation of material systems, structural concepts and production routes required to advance the PHAETRON® Technology Platform towards prototype validation and industrial application.
